Dr. Kuperman-Beade

Dr. Kuperman graduated from Brown University with a double major. She continued on at Brown University of Medicine and graduated with honors. She completed her medical internship at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City and her dermatology residency at the State of New York University Health Science Center. She is a board-certified dermatologist and was elected to the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Kuperman spent two intensive years with Dr. Perry Robins, a well renowned Mohs surgeon, at New York University Medical Center.

Her first year of fellowship training concentrated on Mohs surgery.

During her second year fellowship, while continuing to do Mohs surgery, she trained in cosmetic dermatology. Her cosmetic experience consists of Botox, Restylane,

Perlane, Juvederm, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, sclerotherapy, and laser surgery. Her interests lie in skin cancer surgery and cosmetic procedures.

Our Physician Assistant

Graciette DaSilva, PA-C, MPH, BA, MA

Graciette received her Physician Assistant (PA) degree and Master’s in Health Professions from Northeastern University in Boston.

She became one of the first dermatology Physician Assistants in Rhode Island 20 years ago and for 25 years has been recognized as a board-certified Physician Assistant by the NCCPA (National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants) for 25 years. She is also a member of the AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants) and the SDPA (Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Graciette is fluent in Portuguese and has a Master’s in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies from the University of Wisconsin– Madison.

Administrative Staff

Mandy Faust, B.S.W., H.T.

Since 2006, Mandy has been our office manager. She previously managed a Mohs Surgery office in Florida for eight years. Mandy also served in the United States Air Force as a Histotechnician.

Jeffrey Soares, MS, PA-C, CAQ-Derm.

In 2009, Jeffrey Graduated from the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

In 2024, Jeffrey received certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, which demonstrated advanced expertise in the specialty of Dermatology.
Jeffrey is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Academy of Physician Assistants.
Jeffrey is dedicated to providing compassionate patient-centered care. He is committed to helping individuals achieve better skin health through attentive listening and clear communication.  Jeffrey has worked closely with his patients to develop personalized care plans that support immediate and long-term skin wellness.
